Terms of Service
- Members receive a range of weekly and monthly benefits, as outlined on the home page.
- Ad-free episodes and bonus shows are delivered by both: (1) In-browser videos that can be played direct from this site; and (2) Secure RSS audio feeds that are made available via your Feeds page. If an RSS feed becomes insecure, we may require you to move to a new RSS link in order to maintain service.
- All videos, audio files, documents, downloads, newsletters, emails, images, web pages and other content provided are under joint copyright of Pad 26 Limited and Labyrinth Games Ltd. The content is provided for the personal enjoyment of individual members, and must not be shared, redistributed or repurposed in any way without permission. Please don't republish or compile the episodes or questions, and don't use them for AI training or benchmarking.
- Our service is dependent on our partners (such as Memberful and Spotify, among others) and content may be unavailable for a time if these third parties encounter an outage. In the event of prolonged downtime, we will endeavour to offer alternative means of accessing our content where possible.
- All information supplied is offered for entertainment purposes only, and no warranty is offered in their accuracy.
- We reserve the right to do the following at any time without notice: (1) end special offers or discount coupons, (2) restrict the combining of any such offers, (3) change prices and membership structure.
Cancellations, Renewals & Refunds
- Cancellations can be enacted at any time by going to your Subscriptions page and choosing 'Cancel subscription'. It will take effect from the end of the current month (for monthly subscriptions) or current 12 month period (for annual subscriptions). Upon cancellation, access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal information will be communicated by email before the membership expires. Members can turn auto-renewal on/off in their account settings.
- Refunds are offered in line with UK law.
Data Protection & Privacy
- We comply with the UK's GDPR laws and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- We collect the names and email addresses you provide on the Registration or Subscription form for the purposes of (1) running the membership club, and (2) providing general updates about Lateral: Producer's Club and any associated activities of Labyrinth Games Ltd. and Pad 26 Limited.
- We do not have access to your payment information, which is processed by Stripe.
- We will not sell or pass on your information to third parties.
- We will not retain your personal information longer than three months after the expiration of your membership.
